Members are required to maintain liability insurance for their practice. 4. Membership fees are non-refundable. 5. KPMA NYNJ reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of the code of ethics or misconduct. 6. Members must participate in continuing education to maintain active membership status. 7. Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date. 8. KPMA NYNJ is not liable for any actions or negligence of its members. 9. Mandatory attendance minimum of two times per year 10.
